Bio:
Hello All! I am Kestrel Plump, the Education for Sustainability (EFS) Coach at SA. I originally hail from outside of Philadelphia and moved to Vermont in the winter of 2012. I began collaborating with SA in the Fall of 2013 in the Preschool as part of the Shelburne Farms and SA partnership. I worked as an Educator with Shelburne Farms for 7 years. During this time, I attended Antioch New England and got my Masters Degree Early Childhood and Elementary Education with a focus on science and environmental studies. I began as the EFS coach at SA in the Fall of 2019. I am deeply passionate about teaching and educating for a sustainable future. I love helping to facilitate relationships between students and the natural world, develop our sense of inquiry and explore the world around us.
