Bio:

My name is Kristen Schwerin and I am the music teacher for preschool through fifth grade students at the Sustainability Academy. This will be my eighth year teaching at SA and my eleventh year teaching overall. In music class at SA your students will learn about the fundamentals through creative play as groups and individually. They will also experience how music connects to our lives, our cultures and our development. My goal is to have them connect as a community and learn the basics of this subject, all the while feeling like they are playing.
